Meet Kelly

I’m Kelly Duenas — a business and leadership coach, transformation strategist, and founder of Intrepid Summits Agency. My mission is to help business owners and leaders move from surviving to thriving by aligning their inner vision with outer operations.

My journey began in the chaos of civil war, immigrating from El Salvador and growing up amidst displacement, poverty, and trauma. Those early experiences shaped a survival mindset and deep adaptability — but also sparked a lifelong desire to create something better, more joyful, and deeply human.

Over a decade in the energy and infrastructure sector, I served as a leader within complex, high-impact environments. I supported the delivery of multimillion-dollar initiatives, developed cross-functional teams, and advanced enterprise-wide systems focused on quality, performance, and operational transformation. But it was my personal reckoning — burnout, grief, and a profound healing journey — that became my true turning point. I realized that success without alignment isn’t sustainable. And that workplaces, like people, can be reimagined to support flourishing, not just output.

Today, I coach visionary leaders and business owners who are ready to shift from day-to-day firefighting into strategic leadership. My work blends practical systems thinking with conscious leadership principles to help you build a business — and a life — that’s sustainable, empowering, and alive with purpose.
