Throughout my career in operations, I supported the delivery of multimillion-dollar initiatives, developed cross-functional teams, and advanced enterprise-wide systems focused on quality, performance, and operational transformation. My approach isn't just theoretical—it's grounded in lived experience navigating complexity, change, and the human dynamics that make or break transformation efforts.
